I love the Fall! The change in weather. The football frenzy. And of course all of the great Fall recipes that make gathering with family and friends fun and delicious :)
Here is an EASY pumpkin pancake recipe. Of course, you can go online and find a recipe where you make them from scratch...BUT if you're anything like me - tight for time with four hungry children staring at you - this recipe is quick and still yummy!
Follow the directions on the BISQUICK box for Pancakes making these adjustments:
1. Add 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
2. Add 2 TBS of brown sugar
3. Add 3/4 cup of canned pumpkin
4. Add an extra 1/2 cup of milk
You may need to add more or less milk to get the batter the right consistancy for your pancakes.
ENJOY!
HEALTH NOTE: Pumpkin will give your family antioxidents!! So, normally nutrient-poor pancakes become a little bit healthier with this recipe.
