Homemade lasagna is always an occasion but never more so than when baked and presented in this showstopping enameled cast iron pan. 13"L x 9"W and over 3" deep to accommodate towering layers of pasta and sauce - excellent for casseroles and roasts, too-it's a treasure that will endure generations of use. Oven Safe.
Others alluded to this pan's weight. It is very heavy (cast iron) but beautiful and so versatile. You can use it in any way imaginable and it always looks as good as new after. And it holds heat well, so serving is a breeze.

Best Lasagna Pan...Excellent Value, August 23, 2011
This is the BEST lasagna pan...VERY deep. I did 4 layers of lasagna! Highly recommended...pretty blue color. Very heavy and sturdy.

LOVE THIS PAN!, August 08, 2011
I had been looking for a deep dish baking pan, but just could not fathom spending $200+ dollars. I paid $49 for this one, a steal!! Not only is it a beautiful piece, but it holds quiet a lot of food! It keeps food hot, and cleans up in a snap! Love it!

Not your momma's lasagna pan..., May 30, 2011
Awesome - I use this for everything - roasting chicken, beef stew, serving all kinds of things - if you warm it up beforehand to use for serving, it will keep your food warm for a very long time! The panini pan that matches is fantastic too.

Best Pan Ever, October 18, 2010
I own this pan and paid full price for it. It was worth every penny. It is enameled cast iron and holds in the heat. It's so nice to serve a casserole and have it remain hot. These Mario Batali pans sell at upscale kitchen stores in different colors for $80-$100. A steal at the outlet price. I bought two for gifts. Marguerite Cleveland, coauthor "The Tsar's Masquerade"
