My guests always ooo and ahhh over this piece. It is beautiful
and is such a wonderful way to serve hot apple cider around the holidays! Tie a
pretty bow around it to coordinate with the holiday, add a tag that reads "apple
cider" and it's all dressed up for a party! As mentioned on other posts, simply
pre-heat the stone before adding in your beverage. And if it leaks, its just
loosened up. Remove, clean, and put back on the spigot and all is fine. You will
love this!

This piece is wonderful! If you are planning to serve something
hot, please prime it with HOT water prior to adding your beverage. Your coffee,
cider, water, etc. will stay good & warm for 2-3 hours. The spigot is
removable. Should your Server develop any leaks, please remove & clean. Your
problem should be solved in a jiffy. If you have any questions or problems, I
encourage you to contact your favorite consultant or our home office. We want
you to love this piece as much as we do.

It's a beautiful piece, but after only two uses, it began
leaking. I've only used it for cold beverages twice; what a disappointment! I
was so excited to receive this item and for the price I expected better
quality.

Tip in keeping beverage hot. Prior to putting the hot beverage in
fill with hot water and let it set until you are ready to put the hot beverage
in. I use a tea lite under the cast iron holder to keep the beverage warm.

My best friend gave us the Gramercy Beverage server as a house
warming present last fall and I was able to use it several times over the
holidays. I absolutely love it! I set it up w/ a tray of cordials (Bailey's,
Kahlua, Jameson) next to it and it has been a huge hit at all my
gatherings!

One of my favorite items to have on display when I'm having
guests over! The key to keeping your beverages hot is to fill the stone with hot
water and to let it sit for a while before you fill it with your coffee or hot
chocolate. By warming the stone, you will ensure that your hot beverages remain
hot for several hours! I get so many compliments on this item whenever I have
guests over. It's also become one of my favorite wedding gifts. :)

For the money I expected the Gramercy Beverage Server to keep the
hot beverage that I was serving hot. Especially when it was displayed with
coffee mugs in the Willow House catalog. The coffee was not even luke warm. I
bought this product for it's great looks AND my family and friends are big
coffee drinkers. Many of my guest commented on the coffee being cold. How
embarrassing. This product is very disappointing. Future Hostesses be warned
WILLOW HOUSE will not return your 70% off items. So choice wisely, it seems I'm
stuck with this product.

The spigots to these drink dispensers do not hold up under use
with hot beverages. They begin to loosen up more and more and then after only
about 5-6 uses with hot beverages they spigot will no longer fit correctly. They
loosen up so much that the hot beverages spills out all over the surface they
are sitting on. I have gone through two dispensers and both spigots gave out at
about the same time (after 5-6 uses). I feel this dispenser needs a metal spigot
which might hold up longer. I now have 2 useless dispensers unless I can find
replacement spigots.

Such a beautiful piece. My mom bought it and uses it every time
she has a get together and gets so many compliments on it. She leaves it out as
a decorative piece because it is so beautiful.
